Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, chilled
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1-2 tbs sugar or sweetener (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Whipped cream, chocolate or caramel syrup (optional)

  • Blender: to blend the coffee, milk, and ice cream into a smooth, frothy consistency
  • Tall glass for serving the cold coffee.
  • spoon to scoop the ice cream and for stirring.
  • Measuring cups to measure coffee, milk, and ice cream.
  • Refrigerator Optional: to chill the brewed coffee before blending (if you aren’t using pre-chilled coffee).
  • Whisk or hand mixer Optional: if you want to whip fresh cream for garnish.

Method
 

  1. Brew and chill coffee in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Blend coffee, milk, and one scoop of ice cream until smooth.
  3. Add more milk for thinner consistency or another scoop of ice cream for thicker texture.
  4. Pour into a glass, add an extra ice cream scoop, and garnish with whipped cream and syrup if desired.
  5. Serve immediately.
