Step 1: Preparing the Cake Batter
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon powder

- Pour the remaining cake batter on top of the cinnamon filling, spreading it evenly.
Step 4: Baking the Cake
- Place the cake pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Finishing Touches
- Carefully remove the cake from the pan and place it on a serving plate.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top of the cake for a finishing touch.
